Directions:
Step 1: Turn the oven on to 375 degrees. Step 2: With an adult nearby, mince the garlic. Watch those fingers! Put it in a small bowl and set to the side. Step 3: With an adult's help, chop the onion. Watch those fingers! Put it in a small bowl and set to the side. Step 4: Put the ground beef into the frying pan. Add the minced garlic and the chopped onion. Mix it up with the spoon. Step 5: Turn the stove on Medium-Low. Make sure you have an adult nearby. Put the frying pan on the heat and brown the ground beef mixture. Don't totally cook it. That part happens in the oven. Just make sure there isn't any red or pink parts showing. Use a mixing spoon to stir the mixture as it browns up. It should sizzle. Step 6: It should take about 5 minutes or so to brown up the mixture. Turn the heat off. The pan and the stove are hot! Have an adult help you strain the excess water out of the mixture. Step 7: Add the Worcestershire sauce. Mix it in with the spoon. Step 8: Add the shredded cheddar cheese. Mix it in with the spoon. It should melt a bit. That's okay! Put the mixture to the side. Step 9: Get out the large mixing bowl. Put the pancake mix into the bowl. Step 10: Add the milk to the pancake mix. Step 11: Add the eggs to the pancake mix. Use the whisk to mix it all up. No lumps! Step 12: Get out the muffin pan and spray each cup with the cooking spray. Don't point it yourself by accident! Step 13: Put about 1 tablespoon of batter into each muffin cup. Step 14: Put some of the ground beef mixture into each muffin cup. Make sure you have a bit of meat AND cheese in every cup! Step 15: Put more batter on top of the ground beef mixture. Make sure each muffin cup gets some! Step 16: Put the muffin pan into the oven. Get an adult to help. The oven is hot! Set the timer for 30 minutes Step 17: Once the timer goes off, get an adult to help take the muffins out of the oven. Let them cool for about 5 minutes. Scoop one out and put it on a plate. Step 1: Get out your eggs. Make sure none of them are cracked. Step 2: Get out your pot. It needs to be big enough for the eggs to fit into without touching . Step 3: Put your eggs in the pot. Careful! Don't drop them in there. We don't want them cracked. Step 4: Put water in the pot. You will need cold water. Make sure the water covers the eggs, but don't put too much water in there. Step 5: Turn the stove on Medium-Low. Make sure you have an adult nearby. Step 6: Set your timer. Set it to 13 minutes for hard boiled eggs. Now sit back and wait. Don't touch the eggs. The stove is hot! Step 7: When the timer goes off, turn the stove off. Get an adult with an oven mitt to help you move the pot to the sink (the pot is super hot!). Turn the water on cold and put the eggs under the cold water. Leave the faucet running for about 2 minutes. The eggs are ready when they are cool to the touch. Step 8: Crack the eggs! Use the back of a metal spoon to smack the egg so it is cracked all the way around. Don't be afraid! You can't hurt the egg. Smack it! Step 9: Open the egg. Use the edge of the spoon to carefully slide into the cracked open areas and slip the spoon between the shell and the egg. Scoop the shell off all the way around.
